1. Do I need a credit card to download modules for free?

2. Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription, downgrade, or upgrade your plan at any time.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payment systems like Stripe and PayPal, which allow all kinds of payments: debit cards and direct payments via PayPal.
4. Can I use PrestaSecurityMonitor for free?
Yes. With our free plan, you can scan and detect vulnerabilities, but you will be limited in getting a full data report.
5. Which would be better for me, Silver or Gold?
The Silver plan is clearly for merchants who already have IT employees, webmasters, or developers comfortable with technical actions on your store. If you don't have any IT resources inside your company, then you need to select the Gold plan as we will manage everything for you!
6. I run a web agency. What plan should I choose?

7. What is the pricing currency?

8. Is your module compatible with Multi-store PrestaShop?
Yes, and the good news is that our module will work for all your stores with only 1 license.
9. Is your module compatible with PrestaShop Hosted?
No, you can't use our module with the Hosted cloud solution provided by PrestaShop.
10. What version of PrestaShop is your module compatible with?
The module is compatible with versions from 1.6.0.1 to the latest one (8.x).
11. What is the difference between PrestaSecurityMonitor and other competitors?
Like many security bundle modules such as SecurityPro, 1pilot, or PrestaScan, PrestaSecurityMonitor has a bunch of expected features, like its competitors. But we have also developed our own features that only PrestaSecurityMonitor offers. Additionally, web performance is always in our mind, which is why PrestaSecurityMonitor won't affect your loading time.
12. I own several PrestaShop stores, do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we can offer a discount if you need more than 3 licenses for an annual plan only. Please contact us.
13. I have other pre-sale questions, can you help?

14. Why should I buy PrestaSecurityMonitor if I'm already using the Free version?
The free version can be used to detect vulnerabilities. But as soon as our module detects a vulnerability, you will need more services to act and fix it! The Gold plan can schedule the main tasks and work for you.
15. If my store has already been hacked, is it too late to install your module?
No, if you haven't modified core files in the /classes/ and /controller/ folders, then our module can restore them from the original Prestashop files. But if you have already modified them, then you need to have a backup of your own files. In this situation, it will be too late, and if the module is installed on an already infected PrestaShop, the first backup it creates will be with already infected files. So in this situation, you need to restore from a hosting backup, or we will manually check every file to understand where changes were made by you and where changes were made by a virus, with an extra cost that will be quoted by us.
16. Do you offer support if I need help?
Yes, we will be happy to fix your issues, listen to your ideas, and hear feedback. By using the paid versions, you're entitled to "priority support" and will receive a quicker response than if you're using the free version and posting a ticket from your dashboard.
